TK Turnaround Care provides an experienced Nominated Individual service for providers who require knowledgeable, independent oversight of their regulated service.
Our approach goes beyond simply fulfilling the Nominated Individual role. We provide an additional layer of provider-level assurance, working alongside the Registered Manager to maintain effective oversight of quality, safety, governance and regulatory compliance.
Through regular visits to the service, governance reviews, quality audits and scrutiny of key areas such as incidents, safeguarding, complaints, care planning, staffing and regulatory compliance, we help providers understand what is really happening within their service and where further action may be required.
We also undertake CQC-style quality audits, examining the service through a regulatory lens to identify weaknesses, challenge practice and address potential compliance issues before they develop into more significant concerns.
The Nominated Individual does not replace the Registered Manager. Instead, the service provides a stronger layer of leadership and accountability around the manager, helping ensure that good governance is embedded and that the provider has clear oversight of the quality of care being delivered.
