In-Person Mock Inspection
A comprehensive, on-site mock inspection designed to replicate the real thing as closely as possible.
We spend two days on site, reviewing your service against your relevant regulatory framework: leadership and governance, quality and safety, documentation, staff practice, and the experience of the people using your service.
You'll receive a full written report and action plan within 10 working days of the initial inspection, so you know exactly what's working, what needs attention, and what to prioritise first.

Mini Desktop Review
A focused, remote review of your key documentation, policies, records and evidence against your relevant inspection framework.
The Mini Desktop Review gives you a quick, practical snapshot of where you stand, helping you identify gaps in your evidence and the areas that need attention before an inspection happens, without the time or cost of a full on-site visit.
Ideal for: Providers wanting a targeted review of their documentation and evidence, or an initial check of their inspection readiness.
Due Diligence Audits
For providers, owners and investors considering an acquisition, merger, investment, refinance, or expansion, we carry out independent due diligence audits that go beyond a standard compliance check.
Using the same thorough process as our Mock Inspections (two days on site, followed by a full day dedicated to writing up our findings), we give you a clear, honest picture of the regulatory, operational and quality risk sitting inside a service. You'll receive a full written report and findings within 10 working days.
